Movie Night provides a pop up cinema experience suitable for a large audience of up to 700 – 900 people. We have 2 booking options. The first is a Revenue Share in which Movie Night and your organisation share equally in the revenue from the sale of ticket. The alternative is the flat hire of the package.

Revenue Share

Our proposed solution eliminates risk as we provide our service at no cost, apart from an admin fee of R1500 which is deducted off the final invoice.

We do require that a minimum number of tickets are agreed upon and sold to ensure the viability of the event.

• Our service includes the supply, installation and management of a full solution outdoor cinema including a massive inflatable screen, amazing sound and HD projector, and staff to manage it all
• Movie Night gives families the opportunity to enjoy and experience an evening under the stars watching a great movie while allowing for an effective fundraiser for your organisation or cause.
• Our team will setup and manage all technical aspects of the event relating to the operation of the Movienight equipment.
• You are responsible for promoting the event and selling a minimum number of tickets which will be discussed and agreed upon
• A licence for each film must be obtained. We can facilitate the application under certain conditions. The cost of the licence is shared.

Revenue Share example

600 tickets sold at R60.00                = R36 000.00
Movie Licence (30% of ticket sales) = R10 800.00
Balance                                            = R25 200.00

Balance shared between Movie Night and your organistaion with the R1500 upfront fee taken into consideration.
You: R14 100.00
Movie Night: R11 100.00

Package Hire

This allows for the hiring of the Movienight Cinema Package. Cost hereof would be the package price plus any additional costs such as transport etc. which will be quoted on.

In this instance, you would be solely responsible for paying any licensing/screening fees. These are typically calculated at 30% of your ticket sales.
